Nicole and Gus Engagement: Skytop Lodge, Pocono PA

One of the most popular destinations to visit in Pennsylvania is the famous “Poconos.” I am so lucky to live super close to this beautiful mountain resort area as it’s a great place for any type of photo session. Over the weekend I was back at the gorgeous Skytop Lodge location and this time with Nicole and Gus. I’ve known Nicole for about 10 years and I’ve always loved her personality! She is such a sweetheart who always had a good energy about her. I am so thrilled that they hired me for their fall wedding, at Constantino’s next September.

Engagement photos are such a great way to get to know each other. It’s not only a great way for you to get to know me as your photographer but a great way for me to get to know you two as a couple. Even though I already knew Nicole, it was a great way to meet them as a couple and see how they pose together and interact. It’s a fun way to get updated photos for your home and social media. Also, who doesn’t love having fun, intimate and casual photos with their number one?

Nicole and Gus met at Waldo’s Tavern and a little over a year dating they were engaged! Gus got down on one knee at Nicole’s parents house in front of her family and of course she said YES! Nicole is so excited for her upcoming wedding. She told me she can’t wait to see Gus’s face when she walks down the aisle - I’m hoping I get some good tears from him when he sees his beautiful bride! They are also looking forward to the open bar and dancing the night away - my kind of fun!! I have a feeling this is going to be a great celebration !
